Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 Personal Data Protection Code
With this note, Venezia F.C. S.r.l. with its registered office in Mestre (VE), Viale Ancona 43, postcode 30172, intends to inform users visiting the website www.veneziafcpass.com (hereinafter the “Website“) of the Policy adopted regarding personal data protection, emphasizing its commitment and focus on protecting the privacy of the visitors to the Website.
Visitors may browse the Website freely and are not obliged to register, except in certain sections of the same, where the user can freely and expressly provide some personal data in order to access specific services. Therefore, where the user intends to provide his personal data in order to access those additional services, he will be expressly informed (pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, Personal Data Protection Code), of the purposes and methods for and with which the data will be used by Venezia F.C. S.r.l., as well as of the right to request, at any time, that the data provided are erased or updated.
Information on personal data protection
Venezia F.C. S.r.l. hereby provides the following information, pursuant to the Legislative Decree no.196/2003 “Personal Data Protection Code” (hereinafter the “Code”).
- Data Controller and Processor
The Data Controller of the personal data is Venezia F.C. S.r.l., with its legal address in Mestre (Venice), in Viale Ancona 43, postcode 30172, fiscal code and VAT number IT04313630271 – reg. FIGC : 943476, Economic Administrative Index of Venice VE – 400077 (hereinafter “VENEZIA FC”).
- Types of personal data processed and purposes of the data processing
You do not need to be registered to access the Website. However, there may be some services in the Website for which you must provide your data should you wish to use them (e.g. your data may be required if you wish to contact us, or ask for information, or for a Newsletter service, etc.).
Should Venezia FC collect information and personal data about users, it will inform the same in advance, pursuant to Art.13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, of the purposes for which said data are required and of the means of the processing. If needed, Venezia FC will require the user’s specific consent for the processing of the related data. For example, personal data such as the user’s name and surname, address, telephone number, email address, supporter’s card could be required, and also other information that the user consents to provide to access the services of the Website by filing in a registration form.
Similarly the users can be required to provide the data for the purchase of goods and/or services through the Website (e.g. purchases through e-commerce): in such a case, the data could also be used for promotional purposes related to the sale of products or services similar to those already purchased (according to art. 130 par. 4 of the Code), provided in any case that the user can object immediately or later on to such processing.
At the same time, Venezia FC could also process in future data related to applications by it released. In any case, Venezia FC will use the personal data collected for the sole purposes indicated at the time of registration.
The data related to the user’s connections and browsing on the Website (such as the URI-Uniform Resource Identifier addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server’s answer (successful outcome, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and IT environment) are collected for the sole purpose of gathering anonymous statistical information about the use of the Website and of controlling its correct functioning; such data are erased immediately after the processing.
Data may be used to verify any responsibility in case of alleged IT crimes damaging the Website: except in the latter case, data are erased after the period of time required to provide the services of the Website.
- Optional Data Provision
Generally speaking, user are free to decide whether to provide or not their personal data (e.g. in order to receive notices or to be contacted). Only in certain case, failure to provide the data can restrict the user from accessing some specific services and obtaining what he eventually requested.
The user must indicate on the Website only his personal data. If personal data of third parties are indicated, the user declares and expressly recognizes he obtained from such third parties the consent to the processing of the related personal data by the Venezia FC (as requested from time to time in the specific information notes at the time of the data collection).
- Methods of processing and communication of data
The data will be processed mainly electronically. Venezia FC guarantees that the personal data provided through its Website will be processed lawfully and correctly, in full compliance with the applicable legislation in force, and it will keep the strictest confidentiality on the data provided at the time of registration.
All the information collected is sent via a protected connection to prevent it from being intercepted by third parties. The safety of the Website is guaranteed and certified by a Internet security services leading provider.
The data, when collected, will not be communicated or divulgated to third parties except within the limits and at the conditions expressly indicated in the information note provided from time to time to the user and upon previous authorization by the same.

The data related to the services provided by the Website are processed at the Venezia FC’s registered office indicated at point 1 above by the persons in charge of the processing in the Press Relations Department.
The data may also come to the knowledge of the company that provides the services needed for the management of the Website by Venezia FC; such company has been appointed as external Data Processor pursuant to art. 29 of the Code.
To such an extent as it is strictly necessary in order to achieve the purposes from time to time indicated in the specific information notes that will be provided to the users at the time of data collection, the personal data may be communicated to Venezia FC’s consultants and co-operators who will process the data in quality of autonomous Data Controllers.
If, for the management of the Website (and/or of the services provided) the data must be transferred abroad (e.g. for the use of cloud services) the company will adopt measures and/or contractual guarantees provided at Articles from 43 to 45 of the Code
The identity of the data supervisors and/or processors may be requested pursuant to point 8 below.
- Rights of the interested parties
Pursuant to Article 7 of the Code you have the right to be informed on how your data is processed including 1) obtain, without delay, confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you exists[ …]; 2) be informed: a) of the source of the personal data, of the purposes and methods of the processing, of the logic applied to the processing through electronic means, of the identification data concerning data controller or data processor, of the entities or categories of entities to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity of data processor or person in charge of the processing; updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data; b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that has been processed unlawfully; 3) object, in whole or in part to the processing of personal data concerning you, where it is carried out for the purpose of providing commercial information or sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication researches.

- Privacy of under-age persons
Venezia F.C. does not collect intentionally personal data of people under eighteen years old within the different functions of the Website. In accordance with the applicable laws, the parent (or who has the parental responsibility) must provide the consent to the processing of the data of under-age persons. In order to register on the Website, such under-age persons shall be authorized by a parent (or by who has the parental responsibility) and the registration shall be carried out under the supervision of the latter; to such purpose, the email address provided at the time of registration and/or use of the services provided by the Website must be the parent’s email address (or the email address of those having the parental responsibility) and be confirmed by the latter.
